| Please note that the Conference Centre will provide to all attendees a free access to Wireless Lan during all the Conference. Connection details will be included in the conference bag given on site. | |

| Please send your oral presentation at least one week before the conference meeting to Prof. Marc J.M. Abadie.
Use of personal computer will not be permitted during the conference. Please bring your presentation on a USB key for security back-up.
Presentation format
Presentation formats accepted are:
- Microsoft Office Powerpoint
- PDF
Length of contributed and invited oral presentations
- Contributed oral presentations are 15 minutes long. Please design your presentation to take 15 minutes, leaving 5 minutes for discussion.
- Keynote (invited) lectures are 20 minutes long. Please design your presentation to take 25 minutes, leaving 5 minutes for discussion.

| Poster Format
- Poster boards are 1.2 m wide x 1.5 m high.
- Participants could either present their posters in A0 format or piecing up A4 sheets to make up their respective posters.

Posters will be permanently exhibited in front of the IAE's main entrance (outside). | |
